1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jijiwin ("jijiwin," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jijiwin online gaming platform accessible at jijiwin.vip and any associated mobile applications, software, content, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through jijiwin, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with jijiwin's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may apply from time to time. 2. Eligibility and Age Verification

jijiwin reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending satisfactory verification. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately terminated and any funds held subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming on jijiwin, you must complete the registration process and create a single account. You agree to the following obligations in connection with your jijiwin account:

• You may hold only one (1) jijiwin account at any given time. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and address — must be accurate, truthful, and kept current. jijiwin is not liable for any losses arising from the provision of false or outdated information.

• You must notify jijiwin immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting support at the email address listed on the Platform.
• jijiwin will never request your password through any channel including SMS, email, or social media. Any such request is a phishing attempt and should be reported to jijiwin immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on the jijiwin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit on jijiwin is ₱20. No maximum deposit cap is specified, though individual payment method limits and jijiwin account limits may apply.
• jijiwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank online banking, and selected over-the-counter channels including 7-Eleven. Available methods may change without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your jijiwin account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jijiwin is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. jijiwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• jijiwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Funds deposited into your jijiwin account are held for gaming purposes only. jijiwin accounts do not constitute banking accounts, and no interest is payable on account balances.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jijiwin may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all jijiwin promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are set out in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• jijiwin reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed through misrepresentation, technical exploitation, use of multiple accounts, or in breach of these Terms.

• Bonus abuse or any behaviour jijiwin determines to constitute exploitation of promotional terms may result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, or both.

6. Rules of Play and Betting

By participating in any game on the jijiwin Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games on jijiwin is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, by real-world physical events conducted under controlled studio conditions. jijiwin does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Game rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and payout tables for each game are displayed within the relevant game interface. It is your responsibility to review these before placing a wager.
• In the event of a dispute regarding any game result, the jijiwin server logs shall constitute the definitive record of the outcome.
• Technical malfunctions, disconnections, or server errors during an active game may result in the game round being voided. jijiwin will return the wagered amount in such cases, subject to review of server logs.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. jijiwin does not accept cancellation of confirmed wagers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the jijiwin Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Use of any software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence to automate play, predict outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage on jijiwin.
• Collusion with other players or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through coordination.
• Money laundering or the use of jijiwin for any transaction intended to conceal the origin of funds.
• Fraudulent chargebacks, reversal of payment transactions, or use of payment methods without authorisation from the account holder.
• Creation of multiple jijiwin accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or other promotions.
• Attempting to circumvent technical security measures, access systems not intended for your use, or interfere with the Platform's normal operation.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person in connection with your jijiwin account.

8. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

jijiwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. In accordance with this commitment and applicable Philippine gaming regulatory expectations, jijiwin provides the following player protection tools, available through every registered account's dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap permissible losses per day, per week, or per month. jijiwin will suspend access to real-money games when a set loss limit is reached.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notify players at intervals of 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from jijiwin for a defined period (from 24 hours up to permanent self-exclusion). During a self-exclusion period, jijiwin will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jijiwin Platform, including but not limited to software, game graphics, text, logos, trademarks, images, audio, and video, is the property of jijiwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Platform content without jijiwin's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jijiwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming funds beyond your account balance, loss of data, or loss of profits. jijiwin's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jijiwin account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits jijiwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension, Termination, and Closure

jijiwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any jijiwin account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jijiwin reasonably determines that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information;
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jijiwin;
• The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion, bankruptcy, or regulatory restriction that prevents lawful gaming activity; or
• jijiwin is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Upon account closure, jijiwin will return any verified cash balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to the account holder through the relevant payment method, subject to completion of KYC and AML checks.

You may also request voluntary closure of your jijiwin account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not waive your obligation to settle any outstanding balance owed to jijiwin.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

jijiwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the jijiwin Privacy Policy. jijiwin implements technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the risk to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jijiwin Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Before initiating formal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact jijiwin support in writing with a detailed description of the dispute. jijiwin will use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within 15 business days of receiving a written complaint.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. jijiwin's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jijiwin with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or representations, whether written or oral, on the same subject matter.
